1. Shipping locations
We currently ship within Lushoto District and are working on expanding our reach. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
2. Processing Time
- Order are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day.
- Local PIckup: Available for customers within Lushoto town.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free shipping is available for orders over Tsh 10,000/- within Lushoto town.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order through our courier partners.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at +255 762 560 008.
- FedaAg Bookstore & Stationery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the courier.
